Cody Elliott – President & Co-founder
Cody has 12 years experience in the wind energy industry. In 1999, while attending college, Cody began his career in the wind industry as a MET tower technician, managing new construction, climbing MET towers, and maintaining data collection for many projects throughout Texas and New Mexico. After completing college, he continued his career as a Field operations manager for more than 60 MET towers nationwide. From 2005-2006, he worked as an assistant project manager for construction of a 120MW project in eastern New Mexico. Throughout his career, Cody has been involved in development, site calibration, and power curve testing of more than 40 wind projects nationwide. He holds BBA from Angelo State University in business management and a certification in tower climbing and rescue from ComTrain Inc.
Ryder Bradley – CEO & Co-Founder
Ryder attended San Angelo State University in 1994 and later decided to join the United States Marine Corps. As a Sergeant in the Marines, he served as a Team Leader for 2nd Battalion 5th Marines Scout Sniper Platoon. He led a four man recon, surveillance, and target acquisition team in the daily training, evaluation, execution of missions. Ryder began wind farm construction in 2000, completing 480MW of wind energy. Ryder trained overseas in both Denmark and Japan to become a turbine technician working on several Texas wind farms. In 2003, Ryder began installing Met Towers throughout the U.S. and was promoted to Field Operations Manager in 2005. Ryder supervised the weekly data collection, maintenance, and new Met Tower projects. Ryder has been involved in site assessment, site calibration, and power curve testing on approximately 40 wind farms nationwide. Ryder is certified in CPR, First Aid and holds a tower safety and rescue certification through Comtrain, Inc.
